IL v. MG
A Cook County business owner was accused of allegedly sexually penetrating a female patron of his company with his fingers. Soon after, another woman came forward with a similar allegation against him. The man was charged with Class 1 felony criminal sexual assault and Class 4 felony criminal sexual abuse. The man turned to experienced Chicago criminal defense attorney Michael O’Meara.

Attorney Michael O’Meara worked tirelessly on behalf of his client. O’Meara was able to successfully obtain a dismissal of the sexual abuse charge and obtain a reduced charge from sexual assault to sexual abuse with no jail time, yielding an astounding result for his client.
