Aggravated DUI Reduced For Out-Of-State Resident

An out-of-state resident was charged with aggravated DUI while in the Chicago area. The services of DUI attorney Michael O’Meara were requested by the man for his serious charge.

After reviewing his client’s case, O’Meara strategically handled all issues on his end, and the man was not required to come back to Illinois. Under a successful negotiation, his client’s DUI charge was reduced to a lesser petty offense.
