Third Time DUI Offender Sees Not Guilty Verdict

Repeat DUI offenders are frequent clients of criminal defense and DUI attorney Michael O’Meara. Just recently, a man in his 30s was charged with his third DUI. After representing him on his second DUI and establishing a not guilty verdict, the Cook County man once again retained the legal services of Michael O’Meara.

O’Meara prepared a strong argument on behalf of his client and took the case to trial. In a successful outcome, his client saw a not guilty verdict on his third DUI.
