Man Facing Aggravated DUI Serves Probation Term, No Jail

IL v. JG
A man in his 20s was facing significant prison time after he was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, a felony-level charge. As a result of his high BAC, a passenger in his vehicle was seriously hurt during the accident. The Cook County man, seeking legal guidance during his time of distress, hired Chicago DUI attorney for a strong representation.

Widely versed in Illinois DUI cases, O’Meara came well-prepared to fight zealously on behalf of his client. A DUI resulting in great bodily harm comes with significantly higher penalties. O’Meara was able to counter this severe charge and fought for a term of probation. The judge agreed and gave the man probation and no jail time.
