IL v. RA
Chicago criminal defense and DUI attorney Michael O’Meara frequently sees a great deal of DUI cases in and around the Chicago area. More recently, he represented a man in his late 20s charged with DUI. His client, having a prior DUI guilty finding on his record already, was facing a three-year summary suspension. To combat this pending issue, the man chose O’Meara Law to handle the implications associated with this serious DUI case.

Utilizing his great deal of knowledge and experience in Illinois DUI law, O’Meara was positive on the outlook of his client’s case. During a successful trial, his client received a not guilty verdict. Furthermore, O’Meara was able to secure a rescission of his client’s three-year summary suspension thereby allowing his client to drive again.
